George Washington Whitehorn, elected Marshal on February 20, 1854 with 122 votes, to May 2, 1854.
George W. Cole, elected May 3, 1854 to January 1855 removed from office.
Alfred Shelby, elected January 20, 1855 to May 5, 1856
William Getman, elected May 6, 1856, reelected May 6 1857, runs for and is elected County Sheriff on September 6. Is not replaced as Marshal until after his death, killed
